This is a draft of the Dark Sky Ordinance Bylaw that we hope to have passed at the spring 2024 Becket town meeting. It is based on best practices from around the region and country. The bylaw will go through the town Bylaw Review Committee and other town Boards and Commissions. Some changes may be made as a result.
